Sweet Smokey flavour to Pork!

Tried smoking for the first time, used Peach wood and did 2KGs of Pork Ribs. Had the whole family over and it was a hit!! Added an excellent smokey flavour with a nice sweet undertone and after taste. Hope to try my next box with some seafood or chicken.
